By accessing http://localhost:3000 (“Site”) or using services offered by IELTS Track, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services. We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date reflects the current version.

About our services

IELTS Track provides independent IELTS preparation support, mock testing, workshops, and related educational and study-abroad guidance. IELTS Track is an independent educational and consultancy platform and is not affiliated with official IELTS owners. Test registration, official results, and test-day rules are governed solely by the relevant test owners and test centres.

No guarantee of results

Learning outcomes depend on many factors, including your starting level, effort, and exam conditions. We do not guarantee a particular IELTS band score, admission outcome, or visa result. Any examples or testimonials on the Site are illustrative and not promises of future performance.

Consultations and bookings

Service descriptions, fees (if quoted), schedules, and cancellation rules are confirmed at the time you agree to a specific engagement. Until confirmed in writing (including email), proposals are invitations to treat, not binding offers. You are responsible for providing accurate information so we can advise you appropriately.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or infringes others’ rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, data, or accounts.
• Upload malware, scrape the Site in a manner that impairs performance, or misuse contact channels.
• Use our materials to misrepresent an affiliation with official IELTS bodies.

Intellectual property

Content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, and course materials we provide) is owned by IELTS Track or our licensors unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works for commercial purposes without our prior written consent, except for fair personal use such as saving a page for your own study reference.

Third-party links

The Site may link to external websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Review their terms and policies before you use them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IELTS Track and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or services. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to free use of the Site is limited to one hundred (100) euros or the equivalent, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.
